Club Sessions
Club sessions are being well attended at the moment with a large upsurge in numbers attending of all abilities. As all abilities are catered for at these session why not come along?
Thursday session meeting place is Smith Avenue Changing Rooms - these are road runs. All are welcome and should meet at 5.30pm. Each month there will be a 5k race (with a twist)- not all races fall to the fast, as the organisers will ensure!.
Tuesday sessions continue as usual at the track (6.00) and the cost per track session is £3.00.
Juniors (under 13's and upward also train on the track at this time (5.40) and the cost is £1.50.
All juniors are welcome to join the Saturday morning session - meet at the Porters Lodge at 10.30 for off-road training - remember to bring kit, drinks, warm clothes etc!
Visitors are are welcome at all club sessions.
