Excellent sheltered run on a good surface. The undulating route takes you through woods, beside a stream and a larger river. The flattest section runs along the coast with superb views across the harbour and out to sea past Arnish Light.

Be alert, not only is the scenery beautiful but, if you are lucky, you may see deer, otter, salmon, sea trout, heron, dipper, grey wagtail, bullfinch, buzzard ..... oh and lookout for the dogs!
