Silver and Bronze Medals for Eve 

Eve Carrington can be very proud of her achievements in Rhodes - two medals and a massive new pb in the 100m hurdles. She nearly did not enter the Triple Jump competition, but when she did she jumped magnificently. She (and her teammates) believed she had actually won the event but it turned out that someone had put the wrong distance into the electronic scoreboard - it wasn't spotted until after the competition was over. Eve's Silver medal was still a bitter disappointment after the joy of "winning" Gold. For those statisticians amongst you she jumped 11.44m

Eve almost won another Silver medal in the High Jump when she cleared 1.60m, unfortunately she had to settle for Bronze on countback.

Her other results were 4th in the 200m heat in a time of 27.17s and she knocked a second off her PB in the 100m Hurdles final when she was just pipped into 4th place in a time of 15.17s..
