West Side Coastal Run (15 July 2009)

SRAC and West Side runners joined up for a run south along the coast from Shawbost towards Carloway, although the weather and ground conditions were perfect, confirmed road runners found the off-road terrain quite challenging and some took the road back from Dalbeg, others the road back from Dalmore while off-road regulars Neil and Gavin ran back along the cliffs taking in a couple of small hills on the way. Whichever route was chosen, its safe to say a good time was had by all!

The West Side runners meet at 6.30 on Wednesday nights at Bragar school and I am sure will make all welcome.
