Flett Treck

The weather was calm and the skies were clear
What a great way to end the Auld Year!

The view to the Shiants was quite amazin'
Down the zigzags our feet were blazin'

The Harris hills were wet and boggy
But we all made the finish, wet and soggy

Stopped off en route for a dip in the sea
Splashed about and had a quick pee!

We cooked the food and mulled the wine
and everyone had a real good time

Great ceilidh in the Reinigidal Hostel
Not quite the Ritz - more like a borstal

Time to go home, now happy and fu'
Will be back next year, look forward to seeing YOU!
